Visit Us:

Our showroom is located in the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue, between 32nd and 33rd streets, and we are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5pm. For premium customer service, we recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance with one of our experienced professionals. Whether you are a home owner, interior designer, architect, contractor, or developer, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of clientele.

Your initial, commitment-free consultation takes place in our showroom where you will discover the variety of finishes and styles we offer to bring your vision to life. Your designer will work closely with you to understand the details of your project and help to define your investment range.

To better serve you, we ask that you bring architectural plans or detailed room measurements, including the ceiling height, and any ideas you may have from Houzz, magazine photos, or other conceptual images.

From the information gained in this initial meeting, your designer will put together a customized quote pertaining to your unique project.

Retainer + Measure:

If you decide to move forward with our services, we collect a retainer of $3,000 within Manhattan and $4,000 outside of Manhattan. Larger scale projects will be retained at 10% of the cabinetry estimate. Your non-refundable retainer will be applied towards the purchase of your new cabinetry.

Upon retaining our services, your designer will arrange a time to visit your home to confirm measurements.

Design Development:

Our design team will develop floorplans, elevations, and perspective drawings as necessary, to reflect your design intention. Beginning with general space planning and following through to the interior details of each cabinet, your designer will work with you to ensure the project meets all of your needs.

Upon finalizing the details of the design, you and your designer will review specifications and configurations to confirm you are satisfied with what is being provided. Upon final approval, your completed and signed drawings are submitted to the Wood-Mode factory and your custom cabinetry is entered into the production schedule.

When selecting other elements that do not include cabinetry, your designer will outline specifications for your approval and upon placing your order notify you of anticipated delivery dates.

Cabinet delivery will be coordinated to the best of our ability to arrive at the time that it is needed. We can help you arrange installation through a licensed, certified contractor. Your designer will work with your tradespeople to provide installation details for other products that we supply. References for a full service contractor may be provided upon request.
